You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–3 business days

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We'll work with you to find the best possible solution.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. If you're still unable to locate your package, contact us and we'll gladly assist you in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
